Mike currently serves as the Lead Elder/Pastor of Fountain of Life Christian Fellowship in Fairmont, West Virginia. He has been of member of this gathering of believers for 27 years and has been the teaching elder for the past eight years. Mike is a graduate of Southeastern University of the Assemblies of God in Lakeland, Florida.

     Mike is also a retired public educator. During his nearly 37 years in public education, he has served as a classroom teacher. a Title I Reading Specialist, a school administrator, and as a district personnel. Mike possesses a passion for the educational process and believes that teaching is one of the hardest yet most rewarding careers that one can have.

    After retiring from public education, Mike is trying his hand at being a blogger and podcaster focusing on educational concerns and on sharing truths and insights from the Word of God that he has gained over the course of over 45 years since beginning Bible college.
